You can find a list of current tasks in one place. No task will be left forgotten in an email somewhere.
A coloured backlight alerts you to upcoming deadlines or if you have exceeded them.
Each task in the 1CLICK system has its own separate contributions. The posts are part of the task history, which chronologically records all activities performed with the task, such as attaching a document, changing a deadline, etc.
Each task has just one solver, so there is a clear responsibility for solving it.
The solver confirms acceptance of the newly assigned tasks, thereby declaring acceptance of this responsibility.
The task solved by the solver is automatically submitted to the sponsor for review and acceptance. A task is only completed when the task’s submitter accepts the result.
Any number of attachments can be attached to each task. Individual attachments can be updated during the solution, and 1CLICK records previous versions and allows them to be tracked and displayed.
Solvers can record the time spent on each task.
Based on this data, 1CLICK is able to generate work reports broken down by time period, users and tasks.
The solver can break the solution of his task into subtasks and assign them to other solvers. He sees the current subtasks and their solution status on his task.
Solvers can use tags to facilitate quick searches and visual orientation.
