Sequence of follow-up tasks

Processes automatically create tasks for individual users to solve. Based on the results of their resolution, they decide on the future direction of the process.

Document flow through the process

Any number of documents can be part of the information that flows through the process. A classic example are processes that handle incoming documents, invoices or orders.

History of the process

A chronological history is visible for each process and sub-process tasks.

The process history also includes all the history of the subtasks created from the process, including user discussions.

Palette of automatic actions

The 1CLICK process can automatically perform a wide range of actions while running, e.g. Generate agenda numbers, send emails, set up 1CLICK projects or search for people across the organisational structure.

The range of automatic actions is open and expandable.

Integration

A specific action automatically performed by the process is the exchange of data with other information systems.

It is possible to read the data and add it as supporting information to the process, for example, to “tighten up” the various supporting documents for the invoice approval decision. Or, on the other hand, to write data, for example, to enter approved invoices into the accounting software.
