The 1CLICK system allows you to plot the organizational structure of your company. The organisational structure consists of a hierarchy of organisational units and job functions in which employees are assigned.
The 1CLICK system offers a view for each job that clearly displays relevant information in the form of a detailed card.
The aim is to ensure that every employee can always find the most up-to-date information for their job.
The 1CLICK system allows you to assign directives and instructions to any place in the organisational structure. Documents that are classified in this way are automatically distributed to all subordinate posts.
For each post and organisational unit, it is possible to record a list of the jobs performed by the staff assigned to them. It is also possible to record a list of so-called. products that represent measurable results of the work.
The job descriptions briefly listed in the organisation chart can be further broken down into detailed activity descriptions. Detailed descriptions of activities may include attached documents.
Users are informed of relevant changes in the organisational structure, including new or updated manuals or directives, through notification messages or tasks.
