During my work experience I have encountered various systems in small and large companies. They have always been systems that worked separately.
What 1CLICK has offered us is that things are under one roof - tasks, emails, projects, processes, organizational structure, CRM, etc... I can say that 1CLICK has helped us a lot in management and most importantly it saves us time.
I finally stopped looking for "something" all the time. I am very satisfied.
We have been using 1CLICK since. 2013, when I discovered it after several years of searching for a suitable
information system for our company. The brief was clear - IS must not bring us work
In addition, it must be usable even for workers with a not very warm relationship to the computer and especially,
I must like it.
If I had to describe 1CLICK in one sentence, it IS where ever you think,
that you should be able to do something in a certain place, you'll find that you can, and usually a little extra.
It's not IS for your IT guy, it's for you - the director. It has an excellent help system that
can be read by men without shame.
It has only one bad quality, you will gradually become addicted to it and you won't be able to
remember how you were able to do all this before 1CLICK.
We have been using 1CLICK for several years. It was only its introduction that gave us a comprehensive overview of the tasks and projects in the entire running of the office/city.
We can say that it is an excellent managerial working tool for the management of the town hall, all town organisations and for the management of
and the cooperation of employees and external collaborators.
It also helps us invaluably with managing content, team and time-intensive projects.
Our sister company AF-Engineering has been working with 1CLICK for a long time and successfully.
As our company grew, we needed to keep track of the large number of incoming and outgoing documents more efficiently. 1CLICK helped us with the overview of documents by orders and users. In addition, we have acquired the possibility of recording contractual documents
according to your own parameters, including notification of the impending expiry of the contract. In the next few weeks, we are planning to launch electronic invoice approval in the Infrastructure division, Bratislava office.
In the future, I would like 1CLICK to help us with the controlled circulation of internal directives. But we already have some "one-click" processes. Mr. Skalický and his team have always been a pleasure to work with.
With 1CLICK, tasks are recorded clearly in one place, not forgotten or shoved into a drawer, and unfinished tasks are much easier to see. For me personally, 1CLICK has helped me better handle email communication, especially with how easy it is to turn an email into a task. At each moment, I know what the status of the task is and what the next step is to reach the end state.
The whole solution helped us to start projects that had been dormant for years.
We have been using 1CLICK since 2012. A really long time to judge the quality. I have to say that we are happy with the simplicity of 1CLICK. We have seen it move forward over the years. It has always suited us that we can work from anywhere, which is especially appreciated in these times.
The biggest benefits I see are simplicity, the ability to keep track of tasks and projects. Recently, we have also started to use the processes functionality and we have a nice control over the workflow of business cases. I'm just wondering why we didn't use it right from the start.

With the ability to link to both accounting and CRM, the system allows you to create a range of useful tools and reports that are important to both managers and line staff. I would recommend 1CLICK to anyone who wants to run their business systematically and conceptually.
The 1Click system helps us to connect the different departments and ensure that we have control over our production process. The system has a wide range of parameters that we can define. Thanks to 1Click, we are better able to navigate individual tasks and can monitor their completion for each user. The Projects setup gives us an overview of the entire production system from demand to the finished product. We are gradually getting acquainted with the system and want to use it in other areas of its offer, e.g. invoices received and issued, quotations, sales reports, etc...
For quite a long time, we have been looking for a tool within our organization to streamline, simplify, and make clearer the mode of functioning of the internal corporate "life" within the contributory organization of the municipality. At the same time, our requirement was to reduce the number of communication noises and unresolved (or after a long time resolved) tasks. So the search was not entirely easy. Eventually we proceeded to try 1Click, and after several months of operation I can admit with a clear conscience that we are gradually improving all the listed areas of internal functioning. 1Click was initially set up only for close management, but now it has been expanded within the organisation to the broadest management and some operational staff. I consider the acquisition and implementation of 1Clik to be more than a good decision.
