The Products module allows you to individually define descriptive product properties for your exact needs.

Thanks to this feature, the module can be used e.g. to record and manage the solutions delivered to customers, fleet management, order recording and management or the management of tangible and intangible assets.

Product categorization

The Products module allows the definition of any number of categories, which are used for basic sorting of inserted products according to their nature or character.

Connecting to contacts

The Products module offers the connection of inserted products with a specific contact of the Contacts module (CRM).

Part of the solution is an extension of the CRM with a clear display of products of the contact, allowing full work with inserted products in the CRM environment.

Linking with projects

The Products module offers the linking of embedded products to a specific project.

The solution includes an extension of the Projects Module with a clear display of the products of the project, enabling full-fledged work with the inserted products in the Projects Module environment.

Documents and links to DMS

This functionality offers you the ability to insert a plethora of documents for a specific product and sort them according to user folders within the DMS.

History of changes

For each product, it is possible to track the history of creating new records, changing or deleting stored values. All records are accompanied by information about the time and the user who performed the intervention.

Import and export of data

The Products module allows full data transfer via Excel spreadsheets.

Through these functions it is possible to make bulk changes over products.

Processes over product

Over each product it is possible to run any workflow in the form of 1CLICK process e.g. processes Service intervention, Complaints, Revisions and many more.

Automatic task creation

The 1CLICK system allows tracking of product date items and automatic creation of tasks according to a preset definition.

Automatic start of processes

The 1CLICK system enables tracking of product date items and, according to a preset definition, automatic start of the selected process workflow. This functionality is used for periodic audits and checks of registered products.

ServiceDesk

ServiceDesk is an extension functionality of the Products module used for displaying and working with process workflows. It is designed as a tool for the direct execution of process activities performed on registered products.
