In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, we publish the following privacy policy.

We process your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of individual services and the introduction of our products and services, which you arrange with us either separately or are processed for the purposes of the purchase contract or usually accompany the purchase contract at its conclusion, but it cannot be excluded that the legal basis for the processing of personal data will also be another, unnamed, contractual relationship. If we are a processor of personal data, which may not always be the case, we do not generally process personal data on the basis of your consent, but mainly for reasons necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request; we also process personal data for reasons necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject, or for the performance of our duties. the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests. If exceptionally, e.g. for the purpose of sending our newsletter, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, we also protect personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.
In the event that we process personal data for reasons of our legitimate interests, these legitimate interests derive in particular from a separate contractual arrangement with the customer – data subject. Otherwise, our legitimate interests also include product and service simulations to help you choose the most suitable product; customer relationship management to provide you with any services related to the administration of the product or services or to resolve your requests, wishes and complaints, etc.; prevention and detection of fraudulent behaviour, prevention of non-compliance with legislation; prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, embargoes; processing of CCTV footage to eliminate violations and to comply with the protection of persons and property, testing of software and hardware changes; research and development of products or services and analysis of market developments, processing of anonymised data analysis for historical, statistical and scientific purposes.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in particular the applicable Czech legislation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended.
One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. does not process special categories of personal data unless this is expressly agreed in a contract or other legal document, in which case the legal basis for processing such personal data will also be discussed.
In particular, One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. may or must provide personal data to the following categories of recipients:
Public authorities and other entities, if required by applicable law or by a decision of the administrative or judicial authorities,
accountants and tax advisors, or. to his attorneys,
in the event of an insured event, to the insurer and other entities, if this obligation arises from the insurance contract,
providers of postal, communication and electronic communications services,
payment service providers and payment processors,
to other persons and entities if the nature of the services and products provided so requires, or if the data subject has instructed us to do so, or if it is necessary for the legitimate interests of One Click Business Solutions s.r.o.
We only keep your personal data for as long as is strictly necessary and archive it in accordance with the legal time limits imposed by law. The longest period of processing of personal data that we claim against you is 10 years from the date on which the legal relationship between the data subject and One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. was terminated, or 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the transaction took place. The above-mentioned processing period results in particular from Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, or Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended. The reason for such processing is a legal obligation or legitimate interest of One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. After this period, all of your personal data will be deleted, unless another legal reason for a longer processing period arises during the processing period or a legitimate interest of One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. does not arise yet.
We have set strict internal rules that justify the legality of holding personal data. We only retain personal data that we process with your consent for the duration of the purpose for which the consent was given.
We process your personal data transparently, lawfully and fairly. As a data subject, you have the right to contact us at any time to obtain information about the processing of your personal data. It belongs to you:
Right of access to personal data – you have the right to request a copy of your personal data that One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. processes about you,
the right to rectification of personal data – if you believe that the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to update or complete it,
the right to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten) – you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, if you have withdrawn your consent to their processing, if they were processed unlawfully, if they must be erased to comply with a legal obligation, or if they were collected in connection with the offer of information society services,
the right to restriction of processing of personal data – you have the right to request restriction of processing if you contest the accuracy of your personal data or if the processing of your personal data is unlawful, but you refuse to erase such personal data, or if you ask us, we may process your selected personal data after it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was provided by you to One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. (e.g. in connection with pursuing a claim in court for which the personal data processed by us is needed), or you have objected to the processing and it is not clear that our legitimate interests outweigh your legitimate interests,
the right to data portability – in the case of automated processing of personal data based on a contract or consent you have given us, you have the right to. the portability of this data, which will be provided to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format with which One Click Business Solutions s.r.o. works,
the right to object to the processing of personal data – you can object to the processing of personal data at any time. You can also object to processing if we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose,
the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data – if you have provided us with consent to the processing of personal data for purposes that require consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The processing of personal data that occurred before the withdrawal of consent is lawful,
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We will respond to your requests concerning the exercise of your rights without undue delay within one month of receipt of the request. However, the deadline can be extended by a further two months if necessary. We will always inform you of such extensions, including the reasons for them. We will communicate in the way you prefer (e-mail, letter). Please note that we are entitled to verify your identity in a credible manner before processing your request to ensure that the information is provided to the authorised data subject.
