What happened when our customer started to pay attention to setting up a management system in his company.

CZ PLAST was founded in 1997 as a private company with purely Czech capital. Provides complex deliveries of plastic products according to customer needs. The company’s field of activity is rotational moulding of plastics. Manufactures fuel tanks, plastic sumps, water meter manholes, sewer manholes and other products. Their tanks are used by some cars in the Dakar Rally. Their products are used by many gardeners and homeowners in their gardens.

What were your requirements for the system?

“So it was absolutely in the clouds. After your management course, I found out that we need to set up company processes. Until then, I didn’t feel the need. Further, I needed up-to-date information, not when it was available from staff, but when I needed it.”

How much has the introduction of the system affected the company?
  • After a year of use, our hands have been freed up within the company to develop faster. Then we grew at 20% a year for 2 to 3 years.

  • The meetings that used to happen every day before 1CLICK have been cancelled. Nowadays we do more motivational meetings. Everything else is handled through the system.

“We were small, but still the information was fragmented. 1CLICK has enabled us to pass on information, and only to those who need it. It moved us seamlessly past two crucial, watershed moments that will befall any company that is growing.
