We divide the posts you can add to the message board into two basic categories. Public and personal contribution.
Public contribution
You can enter by clicking on the New Public Post button on the top left. You select the subject, enter the text/message and select the recipient. As in the task, you can select all 1CLICK users or select specific users to display the message to. If you use this option, it will not be visible to anyone other than selected users. Then all you have to do is choose whether you want to publish the post right away or schedule it for when you want it to appear. The last thing is to set a deadline by which it should be visible.
Personal contribution
The submit button is right next to the public post. The personal contribution is more of a comment. A private matter that no one will see, not even the users who may represent you. The assignment is simpler. It only requires a subject and text. Since it’s a personal note, there’s no need to set who can see the post, it’s only for us. We also don’t set the date, when we don’t need the note, we simply remove it.
How it works
You can open the board by clicking on the menu button on the top right and selecting the board option.
Scheduled, active and archive contributions
Further differentiation of contributions. Scheduled ones are those that are scheduled to appear on a specific date, not right away. Active posts are those that we set to be published immediately. Archived are posts that have expired and personal jme already explained. “Postits” intended only for us.
Notification
Every time we post a message on the bulletin board, the system sends an email notification to the affected users.
