One of the basic building blocks of the 1CLICK system is the Contacts module, which keeps a current list of contacts, including people, their emails and phone numbers. All or only some of the persons registered by you, at your discretion, can be automatically synchronized with your account in the ECOMAIL.CZ system.
This solution saves you time and prevents errors when manually managing contacts independently in both systems.
Contacts are automatically synchronized at set time periods so that your list in the ECOMAIL.CZ system is always up-to-date and ready to send campaigns. In order to conveniently segment the contacts in the ECOMAIL.CZ system, defined tags (labels) for the ECOMAIL.CZ system are transferred from the 1CLICK system as part of the synchronization.
The connection has the function of automatic entry of entries into the contact diary of the 1CLICK system. The records contain information about sent and delivered campaigns from the ECOMAIL.CZ system, as well as all other information about the activities you or someone from your team has performed on the contact. A complete overview of all contacts in one system gives you a clear overview and together this information allows you to monitor the success of your campaigns and better analyze them.

Instructions for connecting the 1CLICK system and the ECOMAIL.CZ system
Setting up synchronization in the 1CLICK system consists of three simple steps:

1) Setting the API key (the key can be obtained in the system ECOMAIL.CZ / Account Management / Integration) and items for creating a new contact list (name, sender name, sender’s e-mail and reply e-mail).
2) Defining the tags that will be transferred to the ECOMAIL.CZ system in the form of labels.
3) Define the items from the contact records that will be the data sources for the email, name and phone items.
After all the previous steps have been set up correctly, an automatic synchronization of contacts from the 1CLICK system to the ECOMAIL.CZ system is performed every 24 hours. In order for a contact to be transferred from the 1CLICK system to the ECOMAIL.CZ system, it must meet the following criteria:

May not be marked as removed

Contains at least one contact record defined for ECOMAIL.CZ

Contains at least one tag, at the contact or contact record level, defined for ECOMAIL.CZ

The email address in the entry of the contact record defined for ECOMAIL.CZ must be in a standardized format
Each contact synchronization has two phases.

In the first phase, contacts that no longer meet the criteria in the 1CLICK system and have been previously uploaded to the ECOMAIL.CZ system are removed from the ECOMAIL .CZ system.

In the second phase, new contacts that match the criteria are uploaded, optionally. the data of previously uploaded contacts is updated.
This synchronized contact then has an ECOMAIL.CZ icon in the of the 1CLICK system next to the corresponding contact record.
The following items are transferred to the ECOMAIL.CZ system: e-mail, company, title before the name, first name, last name, title after the name, telephone and all labels defined by you for synchronization. These labels can then be used to create segments of contacts in the system ECOMAIL.CZ and then, for example, send campaigns only to a certain segment of contacts.
If in system ECOMAIL.CZ In Account Management / Integration / Webhook – Campaign Information, fill in the webhook address (generated by 1CLICK in system settings), the 1CLICK system will then track the sending of campaigns from the system ECOMAIL.CZ and creates a contact log entry each time a campaign is sent to a specific email address.
