Town of Horní Slavkov (49 users)
is a historic town in the Karlovy Vary Region, with a municipal authority. It is one of the larger towns in the region and is the administrative centre for two other municipalities.
Challenge: Manage multiple projects without chaos

“When I joined, digitalisation was there – but there was no task book or management system at all. And project management? We just wished for that.” Says Secretary Martin Stark.
