In addition to this basic function, Nicotrans also uses 1CLICK, for example, to streamline the process of taking over and handing over vehicles. It works simply, the driver comes to pick up the truck, each technician has a tablet into which he enters the technical condition of the tractor, trailer and other equipment. The same thing happens when the driver returns the truck. The claims department is also involved in the process, so it always has all the supporting documents. “It saves us money and our equipment is still in excellent condition and ready for the next job,” says Stanislav Herch.
Nicotrans is definitely not stopping with 1CLICK. But even a relatively basic implementation was able to help the company. “Communication has been given order. Nobody perceives it negatively nowadays. It just is and we are working within it. We have a clear idea of what is happening,” adds Stanislav Herch.
They are planning to introduce other processes that will help them, for example, in managing holidays. “I think we did the right thing by going to 1CLICK. For very good money, we got a well-functioning and good-looking product that made it easy to work in the company. It definitely brought us more money than it cost. See, for example, the insurance claims where we have a lot of money. The investment has paid us back several times over. I can only recommend it to other firms.”
