1CLICK on Home Office ready

The virus situation has sent many of our colleagues to work from home. At times like these, it may not be easy to manage a team or yourself.

1CLICK has been designed since its inception to make it easier for us to work when we’re out of the office. Working from home may not be easy for everyone. The temptation not to pursue work is too much 🙂 Here I present my experience on how to do it.

1. Routine
For me, that’s the most important thing. Having ingrained habits of behavior that the train must not pass over. I get up in the morning, work out, then breakfast, a walk with the dog, then coffee and interesting stuff from the net, mostly from tech sites to keep me in the loop, and then I’m off. I’ll get to work. By the way, I read somewhere that in order for things to become automatic for a person, they have to do them for 21 days.

2. Dedicate yourself to one thing.
Don’t get distracted and follow the rules of efficiency. Take one thing at a time, one step at a time. If you’re already disturbed by something and it’s urgent, check it out. Then get back to your original job as quickly as possible. Don’t believe that man is capable of multitasking. Maybe a few super individuals do, but not us mere mortals. If one starts getting distracted by a lot of unfinished business, one gets into chaos.

3. Task not only yourself
Many people think they can carry everything in their heads. Don’t trust them. When I carry everything in my head, our mind is tired and then our human being is tired. Those who carry everything in their heads reduce their own efficiency and that of their colleagues. Because as they approach themselves, they approach others. So, chaos again. Theirs and then, because of that, ours.

So challenge yourself and your colleagues. With 1CLICK it’s easy.
