The director, Mr. Darek Jakubowicz, was inspired by the company BARVY A LAKY HOSTIVAŘ a.s. He liked how the marketing managed through the 1CLICK system works there. At the beginning of the cooperation it was necessary to solve the management of home matches. What has to be done step by step to make sure that the match goes well so that nothing is forgotten and deadlines are met. “We started using your system in the covid era. We had people dropping out due to illness and we needed to make sure the match preparations ran smoothly. Thanks to the project module, we were able to take a person off the street, for example, who knew immediately what to do for the match.” Turning point
What was the main reason for your decision?
“We used to do everything through pre-match meetings and in the days of covid it was harder to meet, not only because of the ubiquitous sickness but also because of the government restrictions associated with it. The meeting was mainly about the home game and everything was done verbally or by emails. 1CLICK allowed us to keep track of what needed to be done, by what deadlines and what was already done so that we didn’t have to meet face to face. It’s like you have it on paper and you’re checking off your homework. The advantage here is that it’s online and I can see everything from where I want and I can control the progress of certain tasks
What were the problems before the system was introduced?

Solution
The choice of the solution was mainly influenced by project management and the possibility to use a custom map, a muster, to make everything work. We use several templates that we run at a set time so that we have everything ready for the match. The template was created together with the 1CLICK staff according to the long-term unchanging tasks related to the organisation of football matches.

What convinced you that 1CLICK is the right solution?
The fact that I saw that the project was easy to implement and would not take much time. It definitely saves us time. For example, when we hire a newcomer, it’s much easier to work them in.

How long did it take to implement the system?
The initial project took some time to prepare. I did the structure right away. Basically, it went very quickly. We also have employees who don’t do much with the computer, it took a while for them. Younger colleagues started using 1CLICK right away and use it for self-assigned homework. There are two categories of people here. One group that welcomes it and another that we had to teach.
Were there any complications during implementation?
They weren’t.

What did the solution bring?
We needed to figure out how to meet effectively in a difficult time, not get infected and at the same time keep everything under control. Streamline the execution and control of assigned tasks, eliminate forgetting and failure to meet deadlines. The implemented solution has also brought us great time savings. There is no need to meet and delay when everything can be handled elegantly in the comfort of your own home or office, depending on the type of task.
It also makes work clearer for management and communication much faster.

Considering the references I already had to the program before we started using 1CLICK ourselves, I have to admit that nothing surprised me.

What are your plans for 1CLICK?
“After we have deployed the match management system we are going to manage events and most of the ad hoc tasks. Especially in tasks where more employees need to be involved, I see great potential for the programme in the future.”
