New 1CLICK app for managing tasks, processes and contacts

We've released a mobile app for iOS and Android to make our work a little bit better, faster and easier.

We have spent a lot of time over the last six months to get it to you, our customers. We are releasing the application in a basic version. It contains four modules:

  • Dashboard
  • Tasks
  • Processes
  • Contact

More modules will be developed. First up will be the calendar, then projects and finally emails. The application will only display the modules you have in your version of 1CLICK. If you have a Mini, you will not see contacts and processes. If you have Opti, you will not see the processes.

Home screen

It contains 3 lines:

API URL line: enter the address you are entering into the browser here.

Login name line: enter it as you log in to your 1CLICK.

Password line: enter your password.

Watch out for spaces, the app considers them part of the login.

Dashboard

It’s like a traffic light. At a glance, it will show you the state of the tasks by the colours you know from the desktop app.

Here you will see 6 boxes that copy the folders from the task book. For more, there’s the To be picked up box, which appears by default only if the task is submitted for pick up by multiple users and you are one of them. It is permanently displayed in the application. Here you can see a green dot with a number that indicates the number of current tasks. It is always located in the top right corner of each box. Tapping on it will only take you to tasks that have some changes. Tap on a box to access all the tasks in that box.

Use the “plus” buttons in the bottom right corner to enter a new task, process or contact.

Tasks

You can move between folders by swiping or tapping at the top of the app with the folder names.

The individual tasks in the list show the subject, the assignor and the deadline of the task. Again, the green dot shows which task has been changed. The green circle on the right above the task list will group only the current tasks when tapped.

You can enter a new task using the “plus” button. As well as this button you can edit the task if you have opened it. Each assignment contains a general item, which is basic information about the assignment, a discussion, and attachments. You can move between them by swiping or tapping. If there is something current, the item title is green and contains a number indicating how many attachments or discussions you have not yet seen.

Processes

Shows all processes running in your 1CLICK that you have permissions to. Tapping the “plus” button will bring up a menu of processes that you can start.

Each process displays its name, the phase it is in and the running time, i.e. how many hours or days have passed since the process was created. It also shows health, which shows us if everything is in order. If yes, it displays OK. If not, red failure information appears. In this case, please contact your 1CLICK administrator. If you are an administrator, please contact our support.

When you open the process, you will see two items. General, which shows all the important information and history, where we can see how and through whom the process was carried out. If there is a contact next to the process, tapping on it will take you to that contact. In the Waiting for: line, tap to go directly to the task. If you are the solver, function buttons will appear and you can move the process to the next stage.

Above the list of processes is a “drop-down box” that shows the value All running processes. By tapping on the arrow, you can filter the processes. Right next to it is a number that betrays the number of running processes. Above it there is a magnifying glass, i.e. full-text search.

Contact

If you click on this part of the app, all your contacts will open.

Everything is marked in green. You can click on a symbol, number or alphabet for faster searching. You can also use the magnifying glass on the right side of the mountain for fulltext. On the bottom right there is again a “plus” to enter a new contact. It is used to quickly add a contact in the field and then edit it on the desktop. I recommend using Ares. If you do not have it, please request this plug-in from our support.

Basic information about the contacts is displayed, i.e. description

contacts including tags and contact records including tags. If a phone or email is listed, tapping it will open the device’s native app.
