During the development of this version we changed 8.418 files,
added 671,947 lines of code
and 215,796 lines removed.
It’s 20,442 A4 pages, and if we print them out and stack them, they’ll reach the fourth floor.
We’ve worked over 10,000 hours.
We’re glad that’s behind us, so now what’s new.
New look
I think everyone will notice that. We hope you will like it.
Each module has its own colour so we can quickly orient ourselves.
It’s addictive and it helps when you need a follow-up from one module to another. Maybe assign a task to a contact. The first time you see the colour purple, which is the colour of the contacts. Or you want to schedule a task on your calendar. The yellow colour of the Calendar module will guide you.
System notifications
These serve as an informative and warning tool of the system with the user. We divide them into 4 categories.
Informative notification, completion notification, warning message and system error. Find out more here.
Tags
It is used for intuitive graphical representation of various objects in the system. Users, tasks, emails, and various system labels can be represented in this way. You can find a selection and what they look like here.
User profile pictures
These avatars can be found wherever a user contribution is possible. They make it visually easier for us to know who we are communicating with. We have also added them to user tags.
Panel contributions
Earlier discussion. We completely redesigned it. Avatars make it clearer. We’ve also added a # that you can use to link to individual posts. We’ve also added navigation arrows to quickly return you to the original discussion point or to the top.
Favourite bookmarks
Back to basics, but in our own way, of course. Anything you want quick access to you can put away in the main navigation bar. That’s the top blue stripe. Wherever there is an asterisk symbol, you can bookmark this way. More here.
WIKI
The next big thing. Brand new wiki or help if you want. You can get to it by clicking on the question mark icon (It’s the lowest one on the left) or you can find it at: https://wiki.1c2c.cz/cs/home. Please, if you don’t know something, try using our wiki first before calling us. Of course, we are always happy to hear from you. This procedure may be faster.
Module Tasks
The colour of the module is green.
It is important to say that the principles have been preserved.
A significant change is the colouring of the tasks. No longer coloring entire rows, just task icons. If the icon is inverted, it is an archive task.
We’ve added a new Deferred Tasks folder, which contains all the tasks with a delayed start.
The number of current changes is now displayed for task folders.
The Recurring Tasks folder has been renamed to Task Scheduler.
E-mails module
The colour of the module is red.
The main changes are the ability to filter by flags such as Attached to, With Attachment, Answered and most importantly we finally added Forwarded. Tags. Now you can add tags to your emails for faster filtering. If you know me, you know that I am not a big fan of “chitchatting” with emails in the inbox. One should be efficient, but for archive organization, for example, it’s a great thing.
Calendar module
The colour of the module is yellow.
A schedule option has been added to the day, week, 14 days and month views.
On the bottom left is a miniaturized calendar that allows you to quickly navigate through the calendar. The location of the event is linked on Google Maps. Process events are automatically overwritten when a change is made in the process.
Module Projects
Module colour is orange
So here was the frog at the spring that we were most busy with. The main changes are:
Interactive Gantt chart displayed right next to the project tree. Project finance and user rates. So now you can keep a project cost sheet. Splitting the Contribution Panel into Project Contributions and Related Contributions. Project contributions are those actions that are related to the project. Everything from setting up the project, to finances, to changing the time pool. The related posts group only the tasks of the project.
Module Processes
The colour of the module metallic is grey.
New icons have been added to processes to indicate the status of a process, such as a running process, a suspended process, or an archive process. We have significantly changed and clarified the posts, where individual actions on the process are clearly separated. Here you will also find user avatars. Newly underlined terms as for tasks.
Organisational Structure module
The colour of the module is purple.
A fresh new design. We have added user labels. Revised methodological documents.
Documents module
The colour of the module is blue.
This module has been given new permissions to read and edit documents from modules, which has made it more connected to the rest of 1CLICK and thanks to interlinking it is now faster to work with documents. We have added the ability to send a document directly from the DMS or create a task. Each document detail will now give you information about the document and who handled it and how.
Contacts module
The colour of the module is purple.
Another module where the thread was not left dry, but the principles of course remained the same. Probably the nicest 1CLICK module.
The whole contacts lit up with colour. If we look at the detail, each record has its own colour. The activities are completely new and clearer thanks to the fact that the individual activities follow the colours of the modules. So, for example. all running and sleeping tasks are of course green etc. The diary is new, fresh, colourful and in a modern design. And it’s clearer again. It is now possible to add contact branches. You can record the time with the contact. We have added contact logos thanks to integration with the logobox.cz database. If you don’t have your logo there yet, run over and put it there so the rest of us can have a nice record with your contact 🙂
Mobile applications
We have redesigned not only the design to match the version 4. If you don’t upgrade, the original app called 1CLICK 3 remains in the App store and Google play. In order for the app to work properly, download the new app after the update.
And many other changes and corrections. If you are interested in details, you can find the full list on the wiki here: https://wiki.1c2c.cz/cs/obecne/historie-zmen
We will be glad for your feedback.
